About the Role
Multiverse Computing is hiring a senior Enterprise Account Executive to own the Qatar and Middle East market, selling transformative AI solutions to C-level executives. The role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales at an AI/deep-tech scale-up, with experience closing deals over €500K.

Responsibilities
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from discovery through closing and account expansion
- Build and close deals with TCV of €500K–€1M+, aiming for €10M+ strategic engagements
- Develop and maintain a disciplined pipeline with 3× coverage ratio against annual quota
- Design and execute a national go to market strategy across priority industries
- Engage C suite and senior technical stakeholders to surface needs for AI and quantum computing
- Co create tailored AI use cases and transformation roadmaps with technical teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a direct revenue generating role at an AI scale up or fast growing AI/deep tech company within the last 5 10 years
- Demonstrated history of closing enterprise deals with individual TCV of €500K or above
- Native fluency in Arabic and fluent English
- Legal authorization to work in Qatar
- Experience selling AI, infrastructure, or highly customized technology solutions preferred
- Established network within large enterprises in finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, or industrials preferred

The Opportunity
- Senior, high autonomy individual contributor position with full ownership of the Qatar and Middle East market.
- Sell transformational AI solutions into complex, multi stakeholder environments with enterprise sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth: Own complete sales cycle, build deals with TCV €500K–€1M+, maintain pipeline with 3× coverage.
- GTM Execution & Market Development: Design national go to market strategy, identify new opportunities, represent company at executive level.
- Consultative & Solution Selling: Lead discovery first conversations, engage C suite, co create AI use cases and business cases.
- Cross Functional Commercial Leadership: Serve as commercial lead within deal teams, provide market intelligence.
- Customer Partnership: Build multi level relationships, become trusted advisor on AI strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in direct revenue generating role at an AI scale up or fast growing AI/deep tech company.
- Demonstrated history of closing enterprise deals with TCV of €500K or above.
- Meaningful portion of closed revenue from new logo accounts opened from scratch.
- Native fluency in Arabic and fluent English.

- Experience selling AI, infrastructure, or highly customized technology solutions.
- Established network in finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, or industrials.
- Background in consulting, system integration, or complex solution sales.
- Experience scaling new markets in high growth environments.
