Job Description Summary
- The Engineering Transformation Leader (AI & Lean) is accountable for the strategy and implementation of an advanced Quality Management system, Lean engineering principles, and AI driven design and workflow tools.
Responsibilities
- Engineering Quality System Leadership: Establish and enforce the 'Zero Defect Framework' quality standards.
- AI for Engineering Optimization: Lead adoption of AI and automation tools.
- Lean Design Workflows: Apply Lean principles to the engineering lifecycle.
- Cross Functional Leadership: Drive improvements across all Heavy Duty New Unit teams.
- Team Development & People Leadership: Mentor your team.
- Navigating Complexity: Lead transition to agile, AI enhanced execution models.
Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 8+ years of proven experience in engineering, lean, quality or similar fields.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and manage organizational change.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $152,400.00 $254,000.00 per year.
- Geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% in certain areas.
- Discretionary annual bonus.
