Role Overview
Cummins Arabia is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering graduate for an Engineering Trainee role.
The opportunity is intended for a fresh graduate seeking practical engineering experience and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the engineering team with day-to-day technical activities and projects.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Support equipment inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Prepare technical reports, records, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete engineering tasks accurately and on time.
- Follow up on pending actions and provide progress updates.
- Comply with company health, safety, and quality requirements.
- Perform other engineering-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience is not required.
- Good technical knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, power distribution, and engineering principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
