Job Summary
Manage and develop customer relationships to achieve sales goals within an assigned territory or account in a business-to-customer environment.
The role is open to relocation from other cities in KSA to Jeddah.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or Business.
- 3–5 years of experience in outdoor aftermarket sales, preferably parts sales.
- Knowledge of the KSA market is required.
- Good communication skills.
- MS Office skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell company products and services by developing new prospects and existing accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop relationships that generate customer goodwill, loyalty, repeat business, and future sales.
- Follow the sales process and support negotiations according to company guidelines.
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships.
- Respond to customer concerns about the company and its products.
- Prepare quotes, close deals, manage accounts receivable balances, and use Cummins tools and processes.
