- Coordinate and monitor engineering service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and facility operations to ensure timely completion
- Act as a liaison between engineering teams, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
- Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to maintenance plans
- Track and maintain records of work orders, service reports, and maintenance logs in accordance with organizational standards
- Assist in managing service contracts and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and service quality
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and operational issues for management review
- Coordinate emergency repair activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring readiness
