Serve as a trusted partner to the CTO by taking on execution mechanics and keeping the team aligned around priorities, ensuring the engineering roadmap is updated and accurate at all times.

Bainbridge Health is hiring an Engineering Project Manager to serve as the operating partner to the CTO and the execution anchor for the software development team. This person will help the organization ship on time with higher first-time quality by improving planning, tracking, communication, and day-to-day engineering operating rhythm. You will:

Manage roadmap mechanics, team workflow visibility, and cross-functional follow-up for software development work.

Maintain and improve GitLab boards, project management processes, delivery dashboards, and team planning artifacts.

Run or support the core operating cadence for engineering, including work reviews, dependency tracking, issue follow-up, and release readiness coordination.

Surface blockers, sequencing risks, and resourcing issues early, and drive them to resolution with the right stakeholders.

Document and improve engineering playbooks, process standards, and roadmap communication practices.
