As a member of our Clinical Data Analytics team you will be the bridge between our Clinical, Business, and Product Engineering teams, delivering timely, statistically rigorous, creative, and impactful analysis of various hospital and industry data sets.
Bainbridge Health is hiring a Clinical Data Analyst to bring analytical rigor, healthcare data fluency, and strong visualization skills to product and operational work. This role will support the Med O.S. platform and related initiatives by turning complex healthcare data into insights, dashboards, and decision support that teams can act on. You will:
Analyze infusion data and related healthcare data to support service operations, product development, and cross-functional decision-making.
Build datasets, models, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Python, and tools such as Looker or similar platforms.
Partner with product, engineering, and domain experts to define metrics, validate assumptions, and translate data needs into usable outputs.
Create clear documentation for logic, data definitions, caveats, and recommended interpretations.
Help improve visibility into service desk coverage and operational performance across Pharma and Hospital workflows.

Master’s degree or higher in a relevant statistical, computational, scientific, or clinical field.
Strong experience with healthcare or biomedical data, especially EHR-linked workflows or data.
Fluency in statistics, SQL, Python, and data visualization.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical, operational, and clinical stakeholders.
Strong judgment, curiosity, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
Looker or comparable BI-tool experience.
Product development or software-delivery exposure.
Pharmacy IT or medication-use process familiarity. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with HL7, IHE PCD, FHIR or similar standards and protocols.
