- Lead and manage a team of engineers building AI powered applications for UAE government clients
- Act as primary technical point of contact for UAE government stakeholders
- Design, build, and optimize full stack AI applications end to end
- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions including LLM powered applications and AI agents
- Architect and maintain robust API integrations between Scale's platform and government systems
- Represent Scale AI in client facing settings including workshops and executive briefings
- Manage delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Mentor and grow engineers on the team

Role Overview
- We are looking for a technically strong and client oriented Engineering Manager to lead AI application development for UAE government agencies.
- This role requires someone equally comfortable in government stakeholder meetings and technical design reviews.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of engineers building AI powered applications for UAE federal and local government clients.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for UAE government stakeholders, leading discovery workshops and presenting solutions.
- Design, build, and optimize full stack AI applications end to end, spanning data pipelines, ML model integration, APIs, and frontend delivery.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions including LLM powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
- Architect and maintain robust API integrations between Scale's platform and UAE government systems.
- Partner with product, go to market, and government counterparts to translate requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
- Represent Scale AI in client facing settings including workshops, technical demos, and executive briefings.
- Manage delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing velocity and quality.
- Mentor and grow engineers on the team, building a culture of technical excellence and client focus.
- Contribute to shaping team culture, engineering processes, and best practices.
