Pinterest is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our iOS Modernization team in Toronto.

You’ll lead the engineering team that is empowering iOS developers at Pinterest to build modern, world-class app experiences for Pinners and advertisers with high productivity, performance, and quality.

• Lead, coach and grow a specialized team of iOS engineers.
• Set the team’s technical vision and roadmap in partnership with Client Platforms and cross-functional product teams.
• Drive platform modernization that helps product teams adopt modern client architectures and build high-quality experiences.
• Improve client stability, health metrics, browser compatibility, runtime frameworks and critical dependency currency.
• Establish clear operating rhythms for planning, two-week sprints, risk management and monthly stakeholder updates.
