The Engineering Manager oversees specifications, design, development, deployment, and troubleshooting for large-scale, high-performance internet applications.

In This Role
- Manage application specifications, design, development, code reviews, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Lead technical design discussions, recommend frameworks and patterns, and evolve application architectures.
- Ensure coding standards and non-functional requirements for security, scalability, resiliency, accessibility, and performance.
- Coach team members, manage goals and performance, support training, and improve development processes.
- Coordinate projects and production issues with cross-functional teams and influence product roadmaps.
- Report team status, support recruiting, and assist with hiring development staff.
