Wood is recruiting an Engineering Manager for the ADNOC Offshore Umm Shaif Gas Cap Phase 1, Package 2 and 3 project.
The role manages all engineering aspects of the project to meet approved scope, budget, schedule, and technical objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Engineering Department and the FEED Engineering Contractor.
- Ensure technical expertise is available to review consultant and contractor deliverables.
- Pursue economical design optimization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, HSE guidelines, and best practices.
- Coordinate with technical departments, business units, operations, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure quality engineering execution and integrity.

Requirements
- Experience managing engineering aspects of a project within approved scope, budget, and schedule is required.
- Engineering leadership experience, including oversight of an Engineering Department and FEED Engineering Contractor, is required.

- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, HSE guidelines, and engineering best practices is required.
