- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Perform general repairs and maintenance in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Install and assemble equipment and fixtures as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors when necessary
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related field
- Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Ability to operate power tools safely
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on call

Job Description

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related field.
- Proficiency in general repair and maintenance skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to operate various power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on call as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant trade certifications are preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
