Role overview
The role focuses on business development, sales, and contracts management for magnetic components.
Products include transformers, inductors, chokes, CTs, and PDUs.
The position serves industrial, power, renewable, medical, rail, and OEM customers.
Sales and business development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industry ecosystems.
- Engage customer engineering, sourcing, and decision-making teams as a design-in partner.
- Work with internal engineering teams to propose optimal power solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial proposals and RFQs.
- Support key account growth with senior sales leadership.
- Track market trends, competitors, and emerging customer needs.
Sales reporting and forecasting
- Maintain sales activity, customer interaction, and opportunity records in the C2/CRM system.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline analyses, sales reports, and market trend reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify improvements and maximize sales performance.
