Manage end-to-end warehouse, dispatch, transportation, and distribution operations across multiple locations.
Ensure timely deliveries, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Role Details
- The role is based in Bengaluru.
- Five to eight years of experience is required.
- A graduate qualification is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage picking, packing, dispatch, loading, and warehouse inventory operations.
- Plan and monitor transportation, deliveries, and reverse logistics.
- Manage transport vendors, negotiate rates, and monitor SLA and OTIF performance.
- Lead warehouse and logistics teams of more than 25 members.
- Monitor finished-goods, faulty, and service inventory and ensure system reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS and track dispatch, inventory, delivery, and logistics-cost metrics.
- Identify process gaps and drive warehouse and logistics improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Desired Profile
- Five to eight years of logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience is required.
- Experience with multi-location, high-volume operations is required.
- Strong transportation and vendor-management exposure is required.
- Team-handling and ERP or WMS experience are required.
- Good Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
- QSR, retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or distribution experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹400,000–₹600,000 per year.
