Job Qualification
- Education Level : B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Experience : 4 + years
- Language Skill : Proficient in English
- Computer Skill : MS-Office
Roles & Responsibilities
- Omron PLC system/ Drives (Servo/Stepper)
- Troubleshooting and modification in program as per the requirement in machine
- Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems
- Commissioning and Installation of machine
- Analyse possibilities of continual improvement in machine
- Adhering to the PDCA and maintaining the QMS documents
Key Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Basic electrical. Knowledge of PLC Omron. Knowledge of programming language (STL and ladder logic) Standard communication protocols (RS 232; RJ45, TCP/IP) Knowledge of HMI Knowledge of Scara Robots (Yamaha/ Inovance) In-depth knowledge of all electrical systems (Power Supplies, RLC, Interlocking) Knowledge of basic mechanical maintenance (Pneumatic system) Knowledge of all type of sensors (Inductive / Capacitive / Photoelectric)
