Job Responsibilities

•  Conduct project kick-off, reviews, and handover meetings with the team.  Knowledge of MS Project for project planning.  Prepare project time plan with key milestones.  Formulate a plan to meet project objectives within the timeline.  Basic understanding of Costing & Budgeting.  Escalate critical project issues in management meetings.  Organize CFT meetings to address concerns before escalation.  Hold regular meetings with customers for technical discussions.  Coordinate project activities with customers & the internal team.  Track & implement ECNs in projects.  Proficient in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA.  Familiarity with Process capability & Performance.  Organize Customer Audits for Project Qualification & closure.  Analyze Market Data & competition.  Delegate work to CFT based on project needs.  Problem-solving & decision-making with CFT input
