Job Qualification
- Education Level : BTech/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
- Experience : BTech with 3+ years experience/ Diploma with 6+ years experience
- Language Skill : Proficient in English
- Computer Skill : MS-Office
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review, modify and evaluate Preventive Maintenance of all equipment’s as per the schedule
- Evaluate & execute predictive maintenance/condition based maintenance of machines
- In-depth knowledge of all electrical systems (Power Supplies, RLC, Interlocking , PLC systems (MITSUBISHI /OMRON) / Drives (Servo)/Stepper & robotic systems)
- Knowledge of basic mechanical maintenance (Solenoid valves, pneumatic cylinder)
- Standard communication protocols (RS 232; RJ45, TCP/IP)
- Ensure that gauges fixtures and instruments are available on machines
- Ensure adherence of line basic checks, Log book filling etc.
- Ensure RCA, Corrective Maintenance & Horizontal Deployment
- Prepare MTTR/ MTBF of machines/ equipment’s
- Ensure adherence of safety/ environment measures in respective area
- Ensure proper discipline, continual improvement projects
- Monitor and upkeep daily records, shift wise and machine wise.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and upkeep of all equipment’s of work area
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Depth knowledge of Basic electrical
- Knowledge of PLC / VFD / Servo
- Knowledge of all type of sensors (Inductive / Capacitive / Photoelectric)
- Knowledge of Solenoid Valve / Pneumatic Cylinder
- MTBF/ MTTR Planning
- Analytical thinking, Communication, Team Building
- Industrial safety
