Job Summary
- The Engineer IT Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, including diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and installing new systems and applications.
- The post holder should have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and technical software, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
