- Support the Clinical Nurse Manager in leading, precepting, and mentoring nursing and midwifery staff
- Coordinate shift activities, patient flow, patient experience, and resource allocation
- Ensure standards for nursing and midwifery care are adhered to at unit/service level
- Serve as a role model and change agent through problem solving and service recovery

Job Summary
