About the Role
Join an engineering team developing advanced defence and safety-critical systems.
Design, develop, verify, qualify, and support electrical and electronic products throughout their lifecycle.
Work across analog, RF, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronic solutions from concept through production and sustainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electronic systems and maintain requirements, design specifications, ICDs, and test procedures.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and electrical harness designs using Altium Designer and ECAD tools.
- Build, integrate, debug, and test prototype hardware.
- Conduct laboratory testing, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with military, IPC, safety-critical, and internal quality requirements.
- Support configuration management and maintain BOMs, component libraries, and technical data packs.
- Select and qualify components based on performance, reliability, availability, cost, and obsolescence.
- Collaborate across engineering teams and provide technical support to production and field support.
- Drive DFM, DFT, cost reduction, and product enhancement activities.
