Role Overview
Engineer I role in R&D Mechanical, focused on product certifications.

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute testing and compliance verifications at test laboratories according to standards and user protocols.
- Coordinate with laboratories and internal stakeholders to explain product functionality, test requirements, and execution plans.
- Prepare test plans, requirement proposals, budgets, and timelines, and identify risks for audits.
- Maintain databases of standards, procedures, requirements, and regulations.
- Review tender and scheme documents, directives, and regulations to prepare certification requirements.
- Coordinate certification activities with finance, maintain equipment-under-test inventory, and recommend regulatory standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of testing or certification experience, preferably in aviation or UAS.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of JSS 55555/5855, MIL-STD 461, MIL-STD 810, IEC/IS 60068, IS 13252, IS 616, and IS 16046 testing standards.
