Requirements
- BSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Industrial)
- Basic knowledge in at least one gas turbine domain (operation and maintenance, services and troubleshooting, engineering and design, combustion operability, root cause investigation)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Energetic and self starter

Job Description Summary
- The Gas Turbine Product Service Engineer will provide technical guidance and support of Gas Turbine Internal and external customers. Responsible for customer technical issue resolution for Gas Turbine ranging from day to day technical troubleshooting to major and complex root cause analyses.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, fleet configuration. Maintenance of fleet data, outage management.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues.
- Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Engineering, specifically Mechanical, Chemical, Aeronautical, Aerospace or Industrial.
- Basic knowledge in at least one or more of the following domains related to Gas Turbines (either annular or can annular): Operation and maintenance, Services and troubleshooting, Engineering and design, Combustion operability, Root cause investigation / technical issues resolution.
