Key Missions
Manage maintenance contracts at designated railway sites while achieving execution targets and contractual commitments.
Ensure the safety of people and machines, product and service reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with site teams and customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and execute site maintenance contracts with timely service delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve customer issues through strong collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage spare parts and inventory.
- Provide field experience feedback at all stages to improve product reliability.
- Report customer open points and follow up until actions are closed.
- Manage technical warranty activities, including fault diagnosis, component replacement, and customer NCR closure.
- Support commissioning on trains and locomotives and field validation or endurance trials for new components and retrofits when applicable.
- Train and guide site technicians on AMC procedures, documentation, and technical updates.
- Maintain safety, regulatory, and contract documentation for audits and renewals.
- Ensure adherence to Wabtec safety standards and promote a safety-first culture.
- Own payment collection in coordination with the commercial team.
