- Support daily technical support activities for computers and all other end point devices
- Update support tickets with progress
- Set up and test desktop computer peripherals
- Perform system changes adhered to organizational policies
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting to end user issues
- Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments

Responsibilities

Technical Skills
- Windows Operating System: Ability to install and troubleshoot different versions of Windows OS independently (Windows XP, 7, 10, 11).
- Understanding of desktop applications, installation and uninstallation.
- Understanding of domain setup, ability to add/remove computers to domain, update Group policies, carry out Disk management, Disk Encryption, Wireless configuration, check utilization and availability, perform start up and shut down services by following SOP, deploy gold images on multiple desktops u
