- Maintain action trackers, issue logs, and progress monitoring tools related to operational readiness
- Support coordination between FM and development teams to follow up on operational requirements
- Assist in preparing presentations, briefing notes, and summary reports for internal meetings
- Support documentation and record keeping related to FM design inputs, operational planning, and strategy implementation

Overview
- Support the Facility Management function by assisting in FM Design Review, city planning, and Operational Strategy Implementation initiatives.
- The trainee will help coordinate related activities, prepare digital dashboards and track the implementation of the operations strategy.
- This role provides practical exposure to data analysis design, review support, reporting, and cross department coordination within a large scale urban development environment.
