Key Responsibilities

  • · Develop high-quality proposals and presentations articulating technical architecture, delivery models, and value propositions.
  • · Design EUC and Service Desk architectures, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), collaboration tools, and endpoint management.
  • · Interface with CXOs and senior stakeholders during presales discussions to understand business challenges and craft tailored solutions.
  • · Work closely with sales, delivery, pricing, and technology teams to ensure feasibility and competitiveness of solutions.
  • · Stay abreast of industry trends in Digital Workplace, EUC, and Service Desk technologies.
  • · Experience: 5-15 years in IT Infrastructure Services, with strong exposure to Digital Workplace and EUC solutions.
  • · Proven track record in presales solutioning, including RFP/RFI responses and proposal creation.
