- Produce feasibility studies for new products with quality data sheets and KPI analysis.
- Present proposals to stakeholders with clear road maps.
- Design and document processes for implementation, including training, change management, and operational flows.
- Assist the Retention Manager in managing common retention products.
Requirements
- 5 9 years of experience in aftersales or retention
- Experience in designing retention products and conducting market feasibility
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of aftersales operations in automotive industry
