Job Overview
- As a Quality Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting patient safety, accreditation readiness, quality improvement initiatives, and performance monitoring across HealthHub Clinics and services.
- Full time position. Corporate and clinic support role based in Dubai Festival City. 5 day work week.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote patient safety practices across HealthHub and support employees in quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of quality and patient safety data.
- Assist departments in identifying, monitoring, and implementing quality improvement and patient safety projects.
- Conduct clinical case reviews and support identification of potential quality or safety concerns.
- Support the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and scopes of service.
- Maintain quality databases, policy registers, and organisational charts.
- Support accreditation activities, including preparation, coordination, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Coordinate and support quality committees, meetings, minutes, and follow up actions.
- Support focused reviews, audits, and performance improvement projects using recognised quality methodologies.
- Prepare accurate quality reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for management review.
- Support staff education, quality awareness activities, and patient safety initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of all patient, staff, and organisational information.
