- Supervise day to day activities of Patient Relations Executives at assigned clinics
- Provide hands on support and act as floor supervisor to ensure service standards are met
- Monitor performance, waiting times, patient complaints, and service quality indicators
- Support the Unit In Charge in front office operations and administrative functions
- Ensure patient enquiries are converted to services in line with business targets
- Oversee patient satisfaction surveys, analyse feedback, and share insights with management
- Prepare and review reports, dashboards, and operational statistics as required
- Support staff rostering, coverage planning, and operational effectiveness
- Identify training needs and support staff development initiatives
- Support the implementation of systems, tools, and initiatives that enhance patient experience
- Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective resolution
