Element is hiring for two new detail-oriented and proactive EMEAA Payroll Administrators to support payroll operations across multiple European countries, including Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing through our Deel platform, whilst building strong relationships with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless end-to-end payroll delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment, managing multiple country payrolls, and driving continuous improvement within payroll processes.
Our new colleagues will be based from our beautiful new office in Edinburgh Park on a hybrid basis at least 3 days per week, where we enjoy state of the art facilities including state-of-the-art facilities including collaboration spaces, huddle rooms, open-concept layout, and abundant natural light.
With fantastic links by train, tram, commuter routes, as well as having designated parking, we are well connected for colleagues across the central belt of Scotland.
