Key Responsibilities
- Build, edit, and deploy third party email campaigns, including HTML and custom email builds.
- Create, manage, and optimize audience segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and maximize email performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click through rates, click rates, conversions, and unsubscribe metrics, providing insights to support ongoing optimization.
- Work closely with the Team Lead, and clients to A/B test subject lines, email styles, and nurture campaigns.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working with email marketing.
- 1+ years of experience building and editing HTML emails, with proficiency using both HTML code and drag and drop email templates.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).
- Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.
- Industry Expertise: Familiarity with HTML code, and email optimization required.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is CAD 45,000 CAD 50,000 CAD per year, commensurate with experience.
