About the Role

- Build and execute email marketing campaigns to promote webinars, virtual events, symposiums, and other eMarketing initiatives
- Collaborate with webinar production, editorial, and cross functional teams to coordinate promotional activities
- Develop and manage targeted audience segments and custom email lists, including automated workflows, abandoned cart campaigns, and re engagement campaigns
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting by ensuring marketing dashboards and trackers are updated with key performance metrics
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support ongoing optimization and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working with email marketing
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
- Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross functionally
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Data driven mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at any one time

- Familiarity with digital event marketing or science sectors is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns to promote webinars, virtual events, symposiums, and other eMarketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with webinar production, editorial, and cross functional teams to coordinate promotional activities, communicate event updates, and support post event performance analysis.
- Develop and manage targeted audience segments and custom email lists, including automated workflows, abandoned cart campaigns, and re engagement campaigns for past attendees.
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting by ensuring marketing dashboards and trackers are updated with key performance metrics, including conversions, email open rates, click through rates, and form submissions.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support ongoing optimization and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working with email marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).
- Excellent communication skills to report results to stakeholders and work cross functionally with multiple departments and multiple brands.
- Industry Expertise: Familiarity with digital event marketing, or science sectors is highly desirable.

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is CAD 45,000 CAD 50,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
