Role overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale audiovisual and ELV systems across major construction projects.
Manage the AV package from design and engineering through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders to meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AV and ELV package delivery from design through handover.
- Review system designs, architecture, network topology, equipment layouts, and integration strategies.
- Lead the AV engineering team and oversee technical submittals, shop drawings, and documentation.
- Coordinate ICT, ELV, MEP, architectural, structural, and acoustic disciplines.
- Integrate ELV systems with BMS, fire alarm, ICT, AV, and smart building platforms.
- Coordinate suppliers and vendors, resolve technical issues, and oversee site execution.
- Monitor progress, risks, delays, reporting, testing, commissioning, QA/QC, and closeout.
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience delivering audiovisual and ELV systems on large-scale construction projects.
- Proven leadership, team management, and project delivery expertise.
