ALEC Technologies is building a talent pipeline for future Contract Quantity Surveyor opportunities.
The role covers commercial, contractual, and cost management for electrical projects in the UAE.
The opportunity is based on-site in the UAE and requires site visits and close collaboration with multiple teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, contractual claims, variations, and extension-of-time submissions.
- Assess payment applications and prepare monthly cost, value, and commercial reports.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, FIDIC conditions, and client requirements.
- Support commercial negotiations, identify contractual risks, maintain records, and resolve disputes.
- Support project close-out and final account agreements.
