About the Role
SIBCA ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT COMPANY LIMITED seeks an ELV Engineer specializing in GRMS and Lighting Control Systems in Abu Dhabi. The role involves configuring, commissioning, and troubleshooting GRMS and lighting systems, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities
- Configure and commission GRMS (Guest Room Management System) and Lighting Control Systems
- Review shop drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and as built documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other MEP/ELV teams during project execution
- Perform system programming, testing, troubleshooting, and integration with third party systems
- Configure and integrate protocols such as KNX, DALI, Modbus, BACnet, and TCP/IP
- Conduct site surveys and ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and specifications
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and inspections
- Support commissioning activities and final handover documentation
- Diagnose and resolve system faults related to lighting control, GRMS, dimming systems, sensors, and network communication
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and material approvals
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements
- Provide training and technical support to clients and maintenance teams
Requirements
- Experience configuring and commissioning GRMS and Lighting Control Systems
- Ability to review shop drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and as built documentation
- Experience with protocols such as KNX, DALI, Modbus, BACnet, and TCP/IP
- Ability to perform system programming, testing, troubleshooting, and integration with third party systems
