About the Role
Provide a personalized property advisory experience for HNWIs, investors, executives, entrepreneurs, and international clients.
Advise clients on premium residential and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with premium clients and source luxury, premium, and high-value residential properties.
- Identify opportunities aligned with client lifestyle, investment, and financial objectives.
- Conduct consultations, private viewings, presentations, and market and investment discussions.
- Manage prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, and high-value transaction confidentiality.
- Generate business through referrals, networking, events, social media, and targeted prospecting.
- Maintain CRM records, develop industry relationships, monitor the Abu Dhabi market, and achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at premium property events, exhibitions, networking functions, and private meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UAE real estate, luxury property sales, investment advisory, or high-value sales.
- Demonstrated success with HNWIs, investors, or premium clients.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, relationship-building, business development, and networking skills.
- Professional client-management approach and discretion with confidential, high-value relationships.
