- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including English Language Learners and students identified as gifted and talented
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes collaboration, curiosity, and student well being
- Use technology and innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences
- Assess student progress through varied, authentic methods and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan cohesive units and contribute to ongoing curriculum development
- Participate actively in the school’s co curricular and community programmes to support holistic learning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a subject related degree with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE/state teaching license or equivalent) in Primary/Elementary/Inclusion
- Proven experience teaching Elementary Inclusion, ideally within an American or IB curriculum context (preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and support students through engaging, purposeful learning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and reflective approach
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and contributing to the school’s positive, inclusive culture

Skills Description
