About the Role
Gulfmaid is looking for an experienced Electronic Technician to join the Maintenance team in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic control issues during production.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose faults in PLCs, HMIs, sensors, control circuits, and industrial control systems.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize machine downtime.
- Conduct machine inspections and identify critical electrical/electronic components.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical machine faults.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and industrial control systems.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and control systems.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- PLC programming or electronic troubleshooting certification is an advantage.
