Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Resolve EDI issues by finding root cause and working with internal EDI team and/or trading partners to correct
- Correspond and communicate with Trading Partners. (SPS | iTrade | CommerceHub | Logic Block)
- Support internal users and trading partners with EDI related requests, questions, troubleshooting
- Train staff to monitor EDI transactions and identify issues.
- Maintain project platform documentation by updating partner platforms and our own project management tools with up-to-date information.
- Identify and communicate continuous improvements for EDI processes
- Aid in developing EDI business initiative to improve existing processes around implementation, renewal and updates to structures.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience with standard EDI documents.
- Experience in working with EDI platform partners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Proven history of meeting deadlines
- Searches for and suggests ways to improve work methods and procedures
