Role Overview
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 4:00 pm- 12:30 am, hours may fluctuate depending upon workload
Responsible for all aspects of inventory management, ensuring inventory accuracy, researching discrepancies, strategic inventory placement, replenishment, and following up with associates when errors are identified. The specialist will work closely with the warehouse manager on recommending process improvements and updating SOPs accordingly.

Distribution Warehouse Inventory Specialist Summary
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 4:00 pm- 12:30 am, hours may fluctuate depending upon workload
Responsible for all aspects of inventory management, ensuring inventory accuracy, researching discrepancies, strategic inventory placement, replenishment, and following up with associates when errors are identified. The specialist will work closely with the warehouse manager on recommending process improvements and updating SOPs accordingly.
Distribution Warehouse Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control and SKU management experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and RF / Android-based scanning devices
- Strong people skills
- Ability to perform light to heavy physical tasks; able to lift 50 lbs. safely
- Comfortable with environmental conditions (e.g., heat/cold; noise and dust)
- Comfortable with heights (20’-30’)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a distribution warehouse
- 1 year of previous stand-up forklift experience
- Eclipse Warehouse Management System experience
