If you enjoy working with people, hold knowledge of military test standards and are interested in contributing to the successful delivery of a broad cross-section of BDA projects, apply today!Responsibilities As an Electromagnetic Effects Systems Design Engineer with the Boeing Test Facility, you will:Conduct of test, and verification of EMI/EMC customer requirements across multiple defence programs and commercial customersDevelop Test Procedures and Test ReportsAdvise customers on EMI/EMC analysis and mitigation mechanisms to assure compatibility and safety of new and existing systems and interfacesConduct EMI/EMC testing of hardware and software systems in both lab and in field environments to verify adherence to MIL-STD-461/464Perform HIRF/Lightning, RF COSITE, Antenna Coupling & RADHAZ analysis and testContribute to the open, inclusive and innovative team cultureTo be considered for the role (Required Skills/Experience) you will have Tertiary degree qualification in an engineering or related technical discipline2+ years experience in applying relevant engineering practices, standards and regulationsDesirable previous experience with MIL-STD-461/464Previous EMI/EMC test experience in a lab environmentApplicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence Security RequirementsAbout UsBoeing Defence Australia is shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important programs for the Australian Defence Force.
