About the Role
The employer is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment in Qatar. The role involves troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining power systems, switchgear, motors, and HVAC components.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical systems and equipment inside plants and buildings
- Troubleshoot, check, and maintain existing power systems and electrical installations
- Install new electrical systems as required
- Execute cable pulling, wiring terminations, cable trunking, and installation of panel boards and distribution panels
- Test and troubleshoot electrical connections and equipment after maintenance
- Provide technical solutions and maintenance for electrical systems in QC buildings
- Troubleshoot and maintain motorized valves, HVAC systems, generating sets, synchronization panels, fire fighting systems, lighting, ELCB systems, and cranes
- Generate technical layouts and reports
- Use Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Perform thermographic analysis on electrical equipment
- Assist and guide other technical teams as required
- Comply with ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements
Requirements
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and maintain power systems and electrical installations
- Experience with SWGR, MCC, VFD, motors, ATS, chillers, and electrical distribution panels
- Execute cable pulling, wiring terminations, and installation of electrical components
- Generate technical layouts and reports
- Comply with ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements
