- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot, and diagnostic activities on rotating mechanical equipment
- Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklists, and forms
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables from internal store or external location
- Maintain proper tools, PPEs, and spares
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical maintenance of rotating equipment (pumps, cooling tower fans, air compressors, AHU fans)
- Ability to supervise and monitor external vendors
- Proficiency in using CMMS
- Ability to respond to emergency situations

Job Description
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot, and diagnostic activities related to MECHANICAL ROTATING ASPECTS of process and non process equipment and its sub systems.
- Equipment includes: Pumps rotating aspects (Mechanical seals, impeller, bearing, shaft, coupling, and joints); Cooling tower rotating aspects (Fan blades, shaft, gearbox, coupling, and joints); Air Compressor; AHU fans and blower; Overhead crane gearbox, pulley, trolley track, drum, wire rope, brake
Duties
- Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors.
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms as part of daily routine work.
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables either from internal store or external location.
- Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company.
- Maintain proper tools, PPEs, Spares and provide annual requirements.
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours as part of business continuity.
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE.
- Where applicable, aid and support to other team members within and across the discipline, whenever required.
- Participate in QC provided training as deemed fit by management.
- Perform any other related duty as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
