- Inspect and assess work done by electrical staff
- Read and interpret design schematics to ensure proper installation of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot major system failures and equipment malfunctions
- Repair and maintain electrical equipment
- Design, implement, inspect, and assess work schedules for the electrical team
- Oversee purchasing and maintenance of electrical equipment on site
- Ensure work is completed on schedule and to code
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Perform preventive maintenance on various electrical equipment
- Install and maintain electrical equipment, motors, electric panels, and lay out wires and light systems
- Respond to emergency situations to resolve issues immediately
- Handle maintenance of tools and equipment, replace faulty or expired parts
