Role Overview
Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead technical execution for electrical systems projects from concept through completion.
The role owns technical solutions, leads technical teams, and delivers project results for customers.
What You Will Do
- Own the technical scope of electrical systems projects from award through closure.
- Lead technical teams through specification, design, implementation, testing, and commissioning.
- Identify technical risks and manage interfaces across project stakeholders and management.
- Design and deliver electrical solutions across HV, MV, and LV systems for diverse market segments.
Key Skills
- Advanced decision making, customer orientation, and risk assessment.
- Advanced product application capability for applying electrical assets and systems to project specifications.
- Intermediate electrical engineering and power systems design expertise.
- Intermediate project management and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership presence and ability to guide technical teams through complex deliverables.
