This is an exciting seller-doer type role. The right candidate will have the opportunity to bid, manage, and execute engineering projects, and develop strong client relationships and repeat business specifically in utility-scale renewable energy, BESS, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure markets. This position naturally provides opportunities to develop subject matter expertise, project management capability, client relationships, and leadership skills within the division.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build NTH’s Electrical Engineering Power and Utilities Division. The right candidate will not only help establish the Division’s client base and reputation, but help develop its internal culture, standards, and operating procedures.
