The Role
Lead electrical maintenance activities, supervise technical teams, troubleshoot complex electrical systems, and ensure reliable operation of equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and maintain motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, distribution systems, panels, and wiring.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, drives, control circuits, and automation-related electrical issues.
- Perform testing, measurements, inspections, and equipment condition assessments.
- Develop schedules, work plans, assignments, and resource allocations for the maintenance team.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training while monitoring performance and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and procurement.
- Support installations, modifications, commissioning, upgrades, emergency response, and business continuity.
- Maintain records, work orders, inspection reports, technical documents, spare-parts information, and maintenance KPIs.
- Apply electrical safety, isolation, and lockout/tagout procedures and identify hazards.
- Analyze recurring failures and improve energy efficiency, reliability, maintenance costs, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and calibrate tools, test equipment, and electrical instruments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in electrical maintenance, industrial systems, facilities, manufacturing, energy, or a related environment.
- Proven experience leading or supervising electrical maintenance technicians.
- Knowledge of electrical power distribution, industrial electrical systems, and maintenance practices.
- Hands-on experience with industrial electrical equipment, PLCs, drives, sensors, control systems, and testing equipment.
- Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of electrical safety, isolation, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Leadership, coaching, communication, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CMMS or computerized maintenance systems.
