We’re looking for a motivated and technically capable Electrical Engineer to join our growing Ottawa office and contribute to a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the National Capital Region. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a firm with a long-standing presence in Ottawa and a newly established permanent office that reflects our continued growth and commitment to the region.
Your work will span projects for notable clients and facilities such as Ottawa General Hospital, Algonquin College, Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, Tunney’s Pasture, national museums, federal government buildings, and major financial institutions. You’ll apply your technical electrical engineering skills to develop practical, reliable, and efficient solutions, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals, schedules, and client expectations.

Independently creates conceptual designs, design specifications and assesses constructability and does so on a regular basis
Independently develops standards and reports and can sign off on them

8 + years engineering consulting experience
P.Eng with PEO.
Mission Critical project experience an asset

Good accuracy and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

The expected salary for this role is between $85,000 to $115,000 annually. Base salaries are determined considering several factors such as skills and competencies, experience, education, and internal and external competitiveness. Along with your base salary we offer a wide array of programs that include our Short Term Incentive bonus program, technical and business training, mentoring, wellness initiatives, the opportunity to participate in our coveted Defined Benefit Pension plan, flexible work arrangement, and hybrid work structure.
