Purpose of the job
Supervise and follow up on field implementation of telecommunications infrastructure works.
The work includes supporting excavation, FTTH fiber optic extensions, tower and station installations, and inspection chambers.
Ensure technical specifications, timelines, safety, and quality requirements are applied through coordination with authorities and the project consultant.
Field execution and supervision
- Manage execution shop drawings and monitor excavation, cable laying, asphalt restoration, and related civil and electrical works.
- Conduct daily supervision of field teams and subcontractors against project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate the resolution of crossings with electricity, water, and sewage utilities.
Quantity and payment management
- Prepare actual site quantity surveys and verify them against the Bill of Quantities.
- Review and approve daily and weekly payment requests submitted by subcontractors.
- Prepare and follow up on progress payment requests with telecom companies, clients, and consultants.
