About the Role

- Conduct comprehensive SPDP review to ensure availability of all data elements for correct identification and cataloguing
- Identify discrepancies within spare parts data packages
- Communicate with stakeholders to acquire missing information
- Obtain information from Aramco's SAP system
- Catalogue equipment in SAP system
- Review and catalogue equipment including AC units, UPS, battery chargers, cathodic protection, circuit breakers, MCC, switch racks, panels, etc.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP system for equipment cataloguing
- Knowledge of electrical equipment such as AC units, UPS, battery chargers, circuit breakers, etc.
- Ability to review SPDP packages and identify discrepancies
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders

- Comprehensive and thorough SPDP review, within established guidelines to ensure availability of all data elements and documentation required to correctly identify, catalog and eventually purchase the equipment and associated components and spare parts in timely manner (includes drawings, bill of mat
